A 15-amino acid peptide derived from human gastric juice. Studied for tissue repair, wound healing, tendon/ligament recovery, and gut protection.
Mechanism of Action
Promotes angiogenesis via VEGF upregulation, activates FAK-paxillin pathway for tendon healing, modulates nitric oxide system, and influences dopamine and serotonin systems.
Dosing Protocol
Typical research dose: 200-500 mcg/day subcutaneously, often split into two doses. Cycles of 4-6 weeks.
