Mechanism of Action
Binds HGF (hepatocyte growth factor) receptor c-Met, promoting synaptogenesis, neuronal connectivity, and dendritic spine formation.
Dosing Protocol
Oral: 10-20 mg daily. Subcutaneous: 1-5 mg. Intranasal protocols vary. Very limited human dosing data.
