Gonadorelin
Also known as: GnRH, LHRH, Factrel
Synthetic gonadotropin-releasing hormone identical to endogenous GnRH. Used diagnostically and to maintain fertility during testosterone therapy.
Mechanism of Action
Pulsatile administration stimulates LH and FSH release from anterior pituitary. Maintains gonadal function and spermatogenesis when used alongside TRT.
Dosing Protocol
100-200 mcg subcutaneous 2x daily. Used concurrently with TRT to preserve fertility.
