The most potent GHRP for acute GH release but subject to desensitization with chronic use. Also has cardioprotective properties independent of GH.
Mechanism of Action
Potent ghrelin receptor agonist with additional direct cardiac effects via CD36 receptor binding. Cardioprotective independent of GH pathway.
Dosing Protocol
100-200 mcg subcutaneous 2-3x daily. Desensitization occurs after ~4 weeks; cycle off.
