A selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) that stimulates GH release without significantly affecting cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH.
Mechanism of Action
Binds ghrelin/GHS receptor on pituitary somatotrophs, triggering GH release. Highly selective — does not stimulate cortisol or prolactin.
Dosing Protocol
200-300 mcg 2-3x daily, typically before bed and AM on empty stomach. Often stacked with CJC-1295.
