A synthetic analog of ACTH(4-7) with neuroprotective and cognitive-enhancing properties. Used for stroke recovery and cognitive disorders.
Mechanism of Action
Upregulates BDNF and NGF expression, modulates serotonin and dopamine systems, enhances neuroplasticity, and has anti-inflammatory effects in the CNS.
Dosing Protocol
Intranasal: 200-600 mcg per nostril, 2-3x daily. Injectable: 500 mcg subcutaneous daily.
