An 8-amino acid peptide that reduces wrinkle depth by inhibiting SNARE complex formation, reducing neurotransmitter release at the neuromuscular junction. A 'topical Botox' concept.
Mechanism of Action
Competes with SNAP-25 for SNARE complex positions, reducing vesicle fusion and acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction. Reduces muscle contraction and dynamic wrinkles.

3-10% in topical formulations. Applied twice daily to wrinkle-prone areas.
